I have never found a need for front weights. Most of my needs are keeping the rear on the ground when using the FEL. If I needed front weight, I would just scoop up a large rock into the bucket and dump it when no longer needed, but then I have a lot of large rocks to choose from.

Not a lot but it really helped get just a bit more steering bite when running the 3-point snowblower.
