How do you check the hydraulic oil on a IH diesel 574 loader?

The dipstick is by your left foot. Capacity IIRC is 37 litres of TDH fluid with filter. Three drain plugs, filler plug behind seat on top of rockshaft housing

I think the proper process to check the trans/hydraulic fluid is to run the engine at 1500 rpm for 3 minutes, then shut it down and check the fluid. This gets the fluid circulated up in the upper parts of the trans to get a proper level
