IH cub cadet

I have been looking at a old IH made cub for a couple of month now and I talk to the guy who own it and he said it. Had a knock in the motor would it be worth restoring it I think the motor is a kohler and its a cast iron block thanks

I've never restored one..I'd like too! but if I did I'd figure an engine rebuild is a must! and a cast iron block a definite plus! jmo! Dave
