Does anyone know a place where I can find a replacement switch? If you have the part no. that would be great. Is there a generic one that can be retrofitted to the 3 cyl diesel application? An overall good source for online parts would be great to know. Does anyone also know if parts manuals, shop manuals, etc. are available in .pdf free?

New Holland will have an ignition switch. There are 3 part numbers listed depends on year of tractor. If you bought used tractor serial number will tell you the year. I have not found free downloads for manuals, I&T (publisher) is cheap but assumes you have a fair amount of ability/experience

Do you not have auto parts stores in your area? A napa store should have what you need. I purchased a ingintion switch for a Ford 2600. The parts stores carry many parts for tractors around here.
