I've found these in the barn and I'm trying to figure out what they may have gone to. My thought would be either a ground driven manure spreader or perhaps some seeder.

They used those types of levers on all kinds of equipment when something had to be metered like fertilizer boxes on corn planters, side dressers, etc

Those look like standard levers on a whole variety of older implements.

They were used to make holes in barn floors too....;)

But they're green, so I'm gonna take a wild guess and say start with Deere implements.

The attachment point looks like it is made for a quick and easy on/off.

had those exact levers in my barn a few years ago from a JD mounted cultivator from my brothers B.
