Identify this old plow?

I was given this old disk . Does anyone know what this might be. It weighs about 500 lbs and is in very good condition. I want to sell it, but cant read the label on it. It looks like a Ferguson..??? thanks ron

Locally they were just called disk plows. Never seen on in actual use but was to be great in new ground.

Where are you located and how much is it? Seen one similar on youtube and it seemed to work like a bottom plow.
