Identification help

Digging thru some old photo's, I found a picture of my dads old Satoh. Curious if anybody has any information they could share with me. After dad died, mom sold it and purchased a JD 4300 HST as she hated the clutch on the Satoh. I guess my curiosity got the best of me seeing some old pictures.
