Ideas for rotary cutter build

Well I forgot about this project then one sunny day I was driving to get groceries and saw a farmer that had a bunch of old implements and junk at the road for sale. In the pile he has 2 bush hogs, one for 250 and another for 125. Scored the $125 one and proceeded in cutting it down to a suitable size for my mini tractor. Cant figure photobucket out right now ill post pictures later
