I've spent over 2 weeks working on buying a tractor. Tuesday I put $1000 down on this tractor. Yesterday I signed the paperwork on this tractor I dont know why I could'nt have signed the paperwork tuesday. I had to wait 2 hours yesterday to sign the paperwork cause the saleman had started them yet. knowing I was going to be there at 11am. 130 yesterday afternoon I asked if I could carry it home now and the saleman said he would have it ready this morning{friday}. So I take my 3rd day off this week to buy this tractor. I get there at 11am this morning and my tractor is in the same spot it was yesterday. Aight whats the big deal? The dealership had been using this tractor to level out some gravels in their lot. More like clay. The axels have 5" of mud and gravel on top of them. The loaderbucket is halfful of mud and gravel. Oh yea the saleman just unhooks the box blade and hooks up my mx6 cutter and parks my tractor on my trailer. "There you go, enjoy". Now as I said earlier I have taken 3 days off this week just to get this tractor home. So I was'nt going to waste another day and argue about the mud and rocks. When I get home I'm fixing to go try out the mx6 on some badly needed briars and sage grass. Something knawing in the back of my mind tells me to check the oil first. 2 quarts low well actual I put in 2 quarts and its 3/4 of the the lines. Coolant is low I'm not sure how much cause I have'nt put any in yet as I dont have any here. I'll have some tonight.
I know ya'll might think I'm being picky but I cant help it. One thing is for certain I will not do any more busness there. Have not made up my mind yet as to if I'm done with JD. I may seem to being hateful. I'm really not. I'm a busnessman. I take my busness very serious. I go the extra length to make sure my product is the best it can be. It might not be the best on the market but it is the very it could be leaving my sight. The condiction that the tractor left that lot tells me something about how that dealership feelsabout its busness and how the company feels it's customers are worth. If that is how JD feels by God I'll take my money down the road where I should have went to start out with. Everybody at work told me I was a fool for buying green. I've taken alot of critism from the guys cause I've waited 3 years to buy a JD.
I'm going to make the best of it I can. I sure hope the machine is as good as the name carries. I'm sorry to unload all this crap on yall
