I've had good luck with Fastenal in the past.
But, the last time I went there, they told me that they would only sell bolts to me 1 bag at a time. It is nice to stock a few extras, but I don't always need a whole bag of nuts and bolts.
We have another small locally owned nut, bolt, and fastener shop that has excellent service.
