I want to make some sort of water broom that I can attach to the front of my pick up sweeper on my toolcat. Or one that I can attach to the lifting arm itself. I usually put a 200 gallon water tank in the back of the toolcat along with a pressure washer. I have an electric pumping the water from the tank to the pressure washer. I am able to go around the campus and pressure wash without having to be hooked up to the main waiter line. I am interested in making a water broom that can put out enough water to clean the parking lots and road ways. or atleaset move the rock and dirt towards the lwoer end of the lots. I have seen some water brooms online, but they are small. It woulfd be nice to have one that is 60-70". It would also be nice to hook this put to my pressure washer. AHas anyone done this before? Or has anyone seen something that I could purchase? Any ideas are welcomed and appreciated.

Spring is coming...

I have seen something like your asking about, when the gas company was drilling a few wells in our area to keep dust down on the modified stone road we have they had a truck with a boom on the back that would go up and down the road wetting the road to keep the dust down. I am thinking it was not pressurized just gravity. If you are building one from the ground up I would think about angling the outlets so that it will push in one direction .
