I found an off the shelf touch up paint that matches

It is Rust-Oleum professional safety blue. It matches perfect. The only difference is there's a slight sheen difference. The sample I'm holding up is painted with Factory LS touch up paint on the left side and the Rust-Oleum on the right side. The Rust-Oleum is just slightly glossier. I can't tell the difference in color in the shade or in the direct sunlight. It is a much better match then the sail blue that I also tried.

Thanks for the update. I have to buy a couple rattle cans of paint today and I'll look for the "professional blue" and check it out. Appreciate the information.

And you *know* after a week or two in the southern sun, that sheen will be gone!

Try doing the last pass a lot farther away if you're in an area where overspray isn't a mess. That will dull the finish a bit too
