For safety that sound's like a great idea.

By perfect irony, before working with the PT, if I needed something suspended safely, I always thought the Farmhand was the thing to hang things from that could safely take the load! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

As JJ noted, I don't think PT's valves are of the same quality as that old loader, but the stories coming up here make a person remember any hydraulics can fail at any time.

You and J_J make some excellent safety points. Every PT owner(and any machine operator, for that matter) needs to be aware of this. Hoses can break, valves can malfunction, etc... even mechanical braces can fail, so be careful in your daily routines. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
