Hydrostatic trans filter base assembly

Hi all,

The RK55 has a spin on oil filter for hydrostatic fluid. The spin on adapter for that filter has a one way valve as a bypass in case of a clogged filter (valve is on left hand side of base in pic). The spin-on filter adapter has arrows indicating fluid flow direction.

A handyman is replacing the spin-on filter base but he can't remember the orientation of the base when he took it off. (It's almost a symmetrical part). Anyone know the correct orientation of the valve body? Or perhaps a picture of your filter base in-situ?

Any help or pointers greatly appreciated.

There is a line coming from the steering valve that will go to the cooler, then from the cooler it goes to this filter base. From the filter base it then goes to the HST to feed it as this is the charge pressure line. So following the lines should make it easy to put the filter base in the right orientation.
