Oil & Fuel Hydrolic oil question

Hi all I'm new here too and I have a couple questions about the hydrolics on my Iseki ts2200. My overall project is to tap off the hydrolics to run a splitter mounted on a three point hitch. During my initial investigation however I found out that my oil resevour is low. What kind of oil should I use to refill it and then the second question is how to hook up disconnects to run the splitter. Thanks in advance for any help !!
