hydro fluid leaking out the breather

This is my third post recently, you guys are a big help. The steering is fixed, the clutch is getting better it seems, but when i was running the PTO Oil came out of the breather under my seat. The tractor is a beaver 2 wheel drive. Is the most likely cause a clogged filter? Is there anything else that might cause this? The pump seems to work fine, plenty of power. It lifts the 4' finish mower off the ground relatively easily. Thanks again guys

It may be too full or have some detergent oil in it.
