We really need more info. Anyway, if it's stuck up high, check the knob under the seat. Rotate one way, then the other and see if it lowers with the 3 pt lever in the lower position as well.
If doesn't change, check the remote levers if you have them and make sure they are centered and not engaged on way or the other.
