Bought a hydraulic top link from Amazon. The hydraulic lines attach to the cylinder on top. I used the top link for brush hogging and when I got back, they were loose with fluid pretty much everywhere. Wondering others have done for routing the lines. Should they be routed thru the hoop that came with the cylinder? No instructions came with the top link, China. And how tight should I go with the banjo bolts?View attachment IMG_0849.jpeg

I would try to reduce the bending of the hoses. Putting one through the hoop will probably work. The other, I would run on the right hand side of the hoop then tie-wrap the two together. Those look like 3/8 BSP Banjo fittings so the torque would be 15-17 inch/pounds. Don't exceed 25in/lbs. to stop a leak. You should keep a few of the sealing washers on hand since they crush and get hard. The spec is "one use" but I've gotten a couple of uses out of them.

The maker of mine used a little different setup. It allows one hose to go over the other with a 90 degree hose end.

There's no instructions for most all these kits because there are so many different tractors. It's kind of like why no instructions come with tie-shoes--You're supposed to know or have someone else do it for you. :)

Zip tie them together at the banjo fitting would be my first try. Possibly aiming the banjo fitting away from the tractor a bit more would be what I would try second.

I ran mine under the cylinder but you would have to come off the other side on your banjos
