Hydraulic top link use and limitations

JB4310,
It appears that we have the same cylinder and I see that you flipped the whole DPOCV. I also thought about doing that but not quite brave enough. Was it a painless modification?

It was pain relief!
These parts must be very forgiving, cause even though I crushed mine it didn't even leak, one of the fittings on the hose broke, that caused oil to spray all over.
But I just took the bent tube and straightened it out in a vise/ with a hammer, cause I didn't want to wait for the replacement parts, and it worked fine, so I left them on.
Swapping the parts was no problem, and gave me more of a buffer.

JB.

I couldn't operate my boxblade without it....or the landscape rake.....or the road grader....I guess I could get along without it on the mower...but why?

I like your attitude :thumbsup:

I put the HTL on and hooked up the bush hog yesterday and it worked great!

Thanks for the tips on setting up the hose ports to the side it work as prescribe now if I could stay away from large rocks with the BH, lol.
:thumbsup::laughing:
Thanks
