If it was mine I'd drain it good, clean any suction strainers and or magnets in the case install new filters.
Then one of the few times I'd say this buy cheap hydraulic/transmission oil from
tractor supply or walmart anything above something labeled 303 type.
Run it for a while using all your hydraulic functions, steering and lift arms,
drive it back and forth a bit not working it just moving around and exercising it.
Then drain good install new filters clean the same screens and such and refill with a good quality fluid.

I would go to a place like NAPA and see if you can match the diameter and thread of a larger filter like truck or fuel dispenser type filter w/water absorbing capability. Flush several times install that for a short time to clean up the final residue and moisture. Then change back to the regular one. Just a brainstorm idea.
