Hydraulic problem with Mitsubishi 2050

After having a problem with the 3 point hitch hydraulic and replacing the worn out value, it now works, but now the hydraulics (hitch and front loader) only after the engine first starts up. After a few minutes the lifts quit. If I stop the motor and wait a few minutes and start it again the hydraulics work for another few minutes.

A while back there was water in the fluid but not after the above repair. The fluid level is full. I'm going to change the fluid. I do not see a spin on hydraulic fluid filter and is there a screen and where that I might clean?

If it is anything like a Satoh 470, there would be a screen on the bottom on the right side of the rear end case. You will have to drain the case to get it out. Held on by two bolts, it would be a fine mesh tube screen with an o ring.
