Hydraulic problem Kubota M7030

My Kubota M 7030 has a Hydraulic problem with the three point hitch,It will not work.....It did work, but now it will not!...Is the system open or closed?,Is there any switch lever etc. that may have been turned that will prevent the 3 point from working? Seeking answers to fix the problem,whatever it is?

i have m5030 and it has controll under seat that controls speed of lift and i think may turn lift off also
