Hydraulic pressure

2010 2816 Mahindra 3 cylinder diesel. Hydrostatic transmission. Bucket front end loader.
Great compact tractor. Punches above its weight everyday.
I noticed when I pulled the dipstick hydraulic fluid gushes out of the hole under pressure..
I cannot find a vent that is obvious. I cannot find a hydraulic leak in any of the hoses and lines. They have all the tightened up just in case. The hydraulic oil cooler fins has been cleaned out.
Any suggestions?

That sure sounds like a clogged vent. Accordingly to the manual, there is a vent in the rear, on top of the rock shaft housing.

What does the hydraulic fluid look like, is it milky in color or darker than it should be? Is the fluid over full?
