Hi Folks

My 2009 Kubota B3200 HST with about 400 hours on it has sprung an hydraulic oil leak from what appears to be a join down the side of the radiator in the pipes used to run the hydraulic oil in front of the radiator to cool the oil.

I've attached a picture and wonder if anyone has run into a similar problem and if it was difficult to fix?

Thanks

You need a new o-ring. While you are at it, why not replace them on both sides since it comes in a pack of 2 anyways.

Thank you I can pick them up.

I did not realize that they were on both sides.

Is the process to replace the o ring difficult? Any u-tube videos out there?

Yes, there will be one on each side.

No YouTubes from what I can see.

Here's what I'm referring to:

Red is the connections to the hyd oil cooler, the orange are the o-rings.

That is great thanks.

It looks like I just have to remove the parts numbered 180 which look like clips, replace the O rings and the replace the clips.

Think I can manage that.

Appreciate the help.

Exactly. Shouldn't be hard.

Just remember to have a quart or two (or as much as you lost) of Super UDT2 to top it back off. You are going to lose some when you do this.

Also, before working on it, clean the area of work to avoid getting contamination.

Hi diesel85

Well the temperature her finally got to up to about 40 F after a few weeks of -20 F so I was able to work on the tractor down the barn and got the O rings replaced.

All is well no leaks and I'm ready for the next snowfall.

Thanks again, I would not have tackled the job without your input and diagram.

Cliff

Will do. Thanks
