hydraulic noise ford 4000

I'm having a noise coming from under the seat (hydraulic pump area) like a bearing going out. Before I take the top off,anyone has had this proble befor ? Is there anything I can check before I take the top off ? It still runs and lifts and pto works. Just louder when lifting or pto on. Also any diagrams would be helpful. I never worked on hydraulic end of my ford 4000 (73-75 model) I have slipt it before so I do know how to work on most things. Thanks !

It does have independent PTO. Have you had this problem before ?
