Yeah! Another Log Splitter topic!!!

Ha just thought i would show you a few pictures of ours.

I have found that it works soo well and its a great bit of kit and was worth buying.

The biggest log we have slpit with it was 1 meter and about 50 or 60cm in diameter, so its powerfull.

Instead of using the tractors hydraulics it has its own hydraulic pump that runs off the pto.

It has 2 rams one for the splitter and another to lift logs onto the splitter.

Nice rig, flaming ace.

And very interesting. The top control valve appears to be for the lift cylinder. The splitting cylinder valve is remarkable. It appears to incorporate some sort of auto-cycle linkage, but I can't figure it out from the pictures. How about an explanation?
