Noticed a nice little leak coming from the picture. Located under the driver seat. Tried to tighten that bolt - no luck it won’t move at all.

Spray and tap it with hammer either orings or sealing rings

Just guessing, but it seems like the problem COULD be as simple as replacing some copper sealing washers. It looks like you might be in this area?
