hydraulic flow control

I just purchased a Daewoo skid steer with a 4-n-1 bucket. It works great except I'd like to restrict the hydraulic flow a bit. Does anyone know of an after market valve that is easy to install and remove when not needed?

Check into SurplusCenter.com
I've purchased a number of flow control valves from them. Line size is one spec you will need, and reverse free flow is usually desireable. I put one on each line to restrict flow going to the ram.
Or you can get flow restricters, that are flat washers with pin-hole size orifice in them, and you will need to play with the numbers or experiment to get the right flow restriction.
