Rather than adding to the electric selector valve thread, I thought this deserves a thread all it's own. Here's a somewhat helpful link I found. The PDF lists codes to sizes in inches.

Here's what appears to be a more complete set of charts.

This online store also has good prices and can get uncommon sizes (like the 3/16" SAE-3 O-ring to 1/4" JIC-4 fitting I needed for the bleeder port on the hydrostatic drive pump.)
