Hydraulic Dust Caps

( The colored caps I have gotten from TSC have all swollen from contact with the hydraulic fluid and don't fit snug enough to stay on now.
)

Perhaps the fluid used ? Mine are fine too.

As a matter of fact, I am running Kubota SUDT which is not a synthetic. Who knows what additives are used to achieve it's performance.

Maybe it is the Texas heat and UV levels???

P.S. I picked up some StorTips from eBay a while back that I am mounting on my FEL attachments to tuck the hose ends into. That is solving the problem. Protects the tips and keeps the hoses out of the way when I am hooking up the Quick Attach.

That'd be my guess. When i worked at a lab that used uv autoclaves to disinfect strap on goggles, the elastic bands would dry rot in about 2 months...

But Soundguy, you have really high UV levels in FL as well.
Perhaps it has to do with keeping the tractor under cover or not ?

The attachments that I use the TSC caps on are not stored under cover I admit. Anyway I have a solution and have warned others that the TSC caps may not be the best in their situation.
