Loader Hydraulic coupler seal

I was re-attaching my loader on the b2630 when the o-ring inside the female coupler fell to the ground and disappeared! Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Pull one out of the other coupler, go to your closest hardware store & match it... get a couple extra, you may need them.

Be sure to obtian the exact o-ring because if you do not you will have a world of problems with hot hot oil.

I am unsure if it is an BSP O-ring British standard Pipe O-ring with the Blue Dot, but you must obtain the right o ring in any case any farm equipment dealer will have the right size o ring including the Kubota dealer you deal with.

It will be faster for you to call thier service department for the right size O ring if they are not within a reasonable driving distance.

Hardware stores have o rings for all types of general uses.
Get rings from a dealer to make sure it is a ring made for hydraulics.

AS3209-015 or M83248/1-015 is the one that will fit. The ones at the hardware store will not. The dealer does not sell just that o-ring. Or at least mine didn't!!

You can also include hydraulic hose suppliers in your places to find the o-ring you need for a particular application, call around, lots of help using your phone. KennyV

M83248/1-015 is the one that will fit. The dealer does not sell just that o-ring. Or at least mine didn't!!

Thanks all! The dealer said they dont sell the orings, that I would need to buy the whole coupler.

What I was refering to is that hardware stores sell all types of rings. They sell rings that are intended for a Delta fauset. Don't just match up the size. Use only rings designed for hydraulic fluids.

Usta: You are right, I definitely agree, use Viton o-rings...

I had the same issue a few years back. I found an exact size match at Home Depot. A 10-pack of o rings was under $2.00. I'm not sure of the exact material composition, but it has worked fine for 2 seasons now. The FEL comes off every time I cut the grass. I figure if the replacement goes bad, I still have 9 left in the pack I bought.
