Hydraulic Control Valve

Can someone help please.
I have a 2 SPOOL HYDRAULIC VALVE 8 GPM 3500 PSI.
I want to replace it with a,
2 Spool Hydraulic Control Valve Double Acting 21 GPM 3600 PSI.
Will this replacement work and will it slow down the speed of the arms and the bucket?
I do not want the FEL to be slow.

Does your current valve have any issues? What's the reason for the replacement?

I assume this is for the Iseki. That being said, a 21 GPM is huge for your tractor and you actually end up getting poor performance from the loader as it will be near impossible of feather the controls. It will be either full open or fully closed.

Increase the valve size won't increase the speed of the loader. Only a higher flow pump can do that but then you need to take the engine HP in account.

The best thing to do when choosing a valve is to get a valve which the GPM is as close as it can be to the pump GPM.

Thank you so much for your quick response. Yes the main body has a fine crack in it and I will have to replace it. I still have the old Iseki and she has been really good to me. Had to put a ring gear and pinion in it. It was about 2 years before I found the gears and they cost me $550.00 and well worth it to me. Was running it in 2 wheel drive for a while but there is nothing like the front tires pulling when you get into a jam. Again thank you very much. Stay safe from that virus and God bless..
