I have a 1 ton Chinese mini excavator and want to add a hydraulic breaker, my math says I need a 3/8" line going to the breaker at 1500 psi and a 1/2" line returning to the tank, can you look at my block diagram and let me know if this would be correct.
I want to replace one of the 1/4" lines from the spool valve going to the thumb with a 3/8" line, put in a 3 way valve, one to thumb the other for hammer breaker, then an inline pressure relief valve and on to the breaker. Add an additional 1/2" line from breaker back to the tank and tie in the pressure relief valve into the return line. Will this work?

Is there another valve to control the thumb between the tee and and thumb?

If yes then in concept this should work.
