I put the Kioti single HYD remote kit on my CK 35 today, its comes with everything and is very simple to install, took only about 1 1/2 hours.

Now I will need to get a hydraulic top link. Can anyone recommend the best one to get and the best place to get one from?

Thanks

I saved this tread and pictures from quite awhile ago: copy and paste.

http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kioti-owning-operating/100883-installing-ck30hst-remote-kit-pics.html

Actually pics were very helpful, but it certainly did not take 4 hrs like he stated.
All you have to do is order the kit, it comes with every part you need and they all fit perfectly.
Only parts you need to remove from tractor to get full access is the grey plastic cover that has the 3 point raise and lower lever coming thru it, to the right of seat.

Next remove the seat by simply taking out the bolts that are on the orange plate that mounts the seat to tractor.

Then you have access to all you need to do.

With the pictures on the link above, its really easy. I actually have had the kit for over a year, it came with no instructions. The tread above said 4 1/2 hrs and I was a bit intimidated by that, but once I started, and with help of the pictures it was incredibly easy. It took me 1 1/2 hours cause I was cautious, but I could easily now do it again in 30 minutes or less.

A 3/8 socket set, one pair of snap ring pliers and 2 large Cresent (1 3/16" +- I think) wrenchs are all the tools I used. Some teflon thread sealant for the remote connector to tighten it to bracket at rear of tractor.

When done, I backed it up to a big heavy 18 ft offset disk and connected the hyd lines, it picked up and lowered the disc just as good my big tractor does. (no it won't pull it)

It is a fairly easy job, my kit came with instructions and I think they made it more confusing, if I remember it said to remove a rear tire, definitely don't have to do that. I used that same link you posted, a big help, thanks to the OP.

Gary, I resemble that remark!!! I put those pictures in a while ago, I just work slowly!!! It was the first time I'd ever done anything hydraulic and I wanted to savor it. I cleaned everything many times, etc.

BTW, I wish I would have examined the remote valve more closely; when i got it new from a respected dealer, it had NONE of the detent parts in it. However it DID detent fairly well for six months or so even without those parts.

Sorry Mike, no diregard intended. Actually when the install went so fast I really thought I had done something wrong, but nothing leaked and it worked, so I was pleased.

Without your pictures I would still be looking at a box full of parts wondering if I really wanted to tackle the install.

My detent works well, but I am not sure why I need it?

I also can't think of any possible reason to remove the back tire. Everything you need is accessed by removing the seat.

Can't speak to "best", but I can speak to responsiveness and availability. I just ordered mine from AG_3-Point ? AGRISTORE USA. I tried to call CCM but couldn't get anybody to answer the phone, and they also ignored my email. Finally gave up and bought from Agristore. A few dollars more, but not only was what I wanted in stock (I wanted one with DPOCV), they emailed me a UPS tracking number for my shipment within one hour after I ordered it Friday. It's supposed to be delivered Wednesday. They also sell a slick 36" top link hose kit, which I also bought. There have two lengths available in Cat 1, I got the longer one. So I don't know about CCM, but Agristore's responsiveness and customer service so far has been outstanding. An extra ten bucks or so, but zero aggravation. Zero aggravation wins every time with me!
