Husqvarna tire problem

Okay, I need to know if a 25-10x12 ATV tire will fit on a wheel meant for a 23-10.5x12 tire. The height of 25 doesn't matter to me, but I need to know if a width of 10 is enough for a wheel with a width of 10.5

Usually the wheel is less in width than the section width of the tire size (second number). I see no problem.
