Dumb question:
The Orange Tractor site mentions cleaning the strainer in the B series HST. My old b2200 had one as well. OK, here's the question, Does the B2620 (2012) have a strainer? If so I can't find reference to it in the parts catalogue or in the instruction manual. I have two filters to R and R and a bunch of drain plugs to loosen but I'll be @#$%& if I can find the strainer. I kind of hate to just undo bolts and all that good stuff......any thoughts comments would be appreciated.

My 2011 B2620 doesn't have a strainer. And I don't think any of them have one. My BX had one that was easy to find and service. There are two filters for the B, as you have noted. The smaller one on the left is for the HST and the larger one on the right is what I call the Hydraulic filter. When I did the 50 hour service, I just changed the HST filter and added enough Super UDT to top off. When I get a few more hours on, I'll do both and also change the fluid. Some guys change both and all the fluid at 50 hours. I just didn't think it was needed and followed the Kubota maintenance guide.
Cheers, Mike

Thanks for the reply...I kind of thought there wasn't a strainer but it doesn't hurt to double check.
