HST Question

Hello everyone. Long time browser first time user. I own a L 3130 HST. Ive owned it for just over a year and have logged about 150 hours. To date the only issue ive had with the tractor has been ......NOTHING!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have my digital display telling me "HST NEUTRAL" I know that this means the HST isn't in neutral but the pedal is centered. I checked the cruise control arm and its not pushed forward. I had just pushed a brush pile into the woods for a friend (Figures it breaks in a friends yard) backed it up and went into the pile again this time I hit a stump that was covered, the tractor stalled and that was it. I'm lost /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
has anyone else had this happen and what was problem.

I do not have a 3130. But have seen other post about tractors not starting after running into under brush. Look up under tractor. There is probably a stick or something else jammed in to the linkage. If nothing was bent pulling it out should correct problem. One other item it check the wiring under tractor. you may have pulled the neutral switch loose.

Right underneath the HST, there should be a link that connected to the HST. Follow this link to the rear you will find a switch, this switch is supposedly pressdown whenever the HST pedal is returned to neutral, but because you ran over some stumps and or brushes, chances are you knocked something out of its normal place.
