Rotary Cutter howse 500 stump jumper moves vertically

I just bought a howse 500 and was inspecting a little closer when I got it home and if you grab the blade it will wobble up and down haven't messed with it as we got snow last night just curious if anyone had suggestions for when I look at it further in the week

Is it the blade, or the whole stump jumper? Just the blade moving is normal. The whole stump jumper is not.

It's the whole stump jumper I can look on top of the stump jumper at the shaft and it does not move with th movement when I jiggle the stump jumper I'm hoping that maybe I can just tighten the castle nut but idk

According to the diagram on the Howse Implement page it has a washer, nut, and a cotter pin that holds it to the gearbox out shaft. If its moving and the shaft is not moving check the castle nut and if its tight you must have something worn in between the shaft and stump jumper.
