Just got a 2002 Kubota L3010 HST with a cab, heater, and even a radio! Only 450 hours, so I think it will last a long time. I have a back blade and box scraper, so I use it to grade my gravel driveway. I will jump to another forum to ask a question about my glow plugs. The dash light doesn't come on, so not sure if they are working or not. Any help?

Hi. Welcome. Should get many years of service out of it.
Dash lights may be loose or dirty connections. Check the ground wires too.

I have a B series and I have to turn the key "beyond" ON to engage the glow plugs manually. I believe the L series has "auto" mode for the glow plugs. With the key in the "ON" position the glow plugs will engage if needed. I don't know what the control logic is but hopefully someone with a similiar machine can chime in.

Hello and welcome.

I have a L3600 and when the switch is turned to the ON position the glow plug light comes on. When it goes off, that's when you start the engine. How long it stays on depends on the ambient temperature. Could be just a flicker when it's hot or several seconds when it's colder but you can hear it click when the light goes out.

Mine got to where the glow plug light was flickering and staying on most of the time. After some research on TBN and OTF to find the problem I replaced the glow plug controller and no more problem.

Hello and welcome. I'm curious about your cab. Kubota didn't offer a cab for the L3010, so I'm assuming it's an after-market type and would appreciate some info on the make and model of the cab, and how well you like it? If possible, a picture would be nice. Thanks.
