We don't own a tractor, per say, but we are into doin' things ourselves. Yep, there are still a few rural folks up north -- even in the northeast. 
I'm doing some research on DIY open-span buildings and have already found a few threads on the board to read through. If anyone has experience with hybrid structures/kits -- Perka, Web Steel, Strat-O-Span, etc. -- please drop me a line.
