How to store your tractor question

Just got my 1999 1920 today (Yeah!) but I have been seeing some questions regarding a stuck clutch. Now, in order to avoid that, how should I store my 1920 for prolonged periods? Store it with pushing the clutch in and hook it in the down position with the supplied link or just leave the clutch out in it's normal released position?

My 1920 is stored in a dry, concrete floor barn.

BTW, I read a lot of valuable info from other members here, one (soundguy) stating
"NH compacts used to come with small blocks of wood SPECIFICALLY for blocking the clutch when not in use for long periods. my 1997 NH 9120 had one .
I have some old fords that I block the clutch on.. my 2N and my 850.. both wioll get sticky if i don't... both work fine otherwise..

Hey Soundguy should I block my 66 Ford 2000 with internal clutch pedal return spring if not used for extended periods?

I found a the mention small block of wood in the toolbox yesterday stating on it it's SPECIFICALLY for blocking the clutch when not in use for extended an period of time. It's about 3 inches long, and has a little diagram showing where to block it as well.

Most tractors sit for 6-7 months every winter up here and i've heard a few old guys say they used to do it to vintage tractors but never actually known anyone do it, unless it's more of a problem in warmer areas .
