How to Grease?

I’ve had issues getting the bottom loader grease fittings to take grease. I’ve tried lifting the loader off the ground, resting easy on the ground and everything in between but just won’t accept it. I assume it may be a bad zerk, but has anyone else seen this issue?

If they do it repeatedly just replace with new from your Kioti dealer. Unless they've changed what Kioti uses you will NOT find the correct zerks in any store. I just keep a handful on the shelf and change out as needed. Some zerks I cap off with little plastic caps available in a box of 50 or so, from the net. They will fit on some, others, if recessed, might not leave enough space.

I had spent a lot of time figuring it out in the past, and where to find them, as the dealer didnt always have them. and when they did, only had a few laying around. Frustrating.

Also, Coyote machine, you mentioned pumping lots of grease into the front axle pivot zerk and nothing coming out. Probably coming out inside of the drive shaft cover. Have a look here, you can see how it can get there.
