How to determine model year?

I would assume VIN #. I think I have an 03' 4410, but not sure.

Google VIN # lookup. It works for cars should work for tractors too.

JD tractors have serial numbers rather than VIN numbers. Go to treatordata with your serial number for the year it was manufactured.

Generally on a JD there is a tag on the front right frame rail, like over the front tire. Tractors don't really have model years like cars, but any dealer can run the S/N to give your a date of manufacture and any warranty work performed on it.

See if the rear wheels have a date and size stamped in them, they could be around 1 year older.

My Branson 6530 had Titan tires and wheels on it. Wheels were stamped July 2007 and I bought it in Sept. 2007. I liked that. Didn't sit on the lot very long.

Yes it's just one way to help find out the year of a tractor. My wheels are dated in 2006 and the tractor was 1st made in 2007, so the wheels were in the pipe line for a year.
