Oil & Fuel How to chekc hydro fluid

I am a newbie as this is the first tractor I have purchased, so other than operation its all new to me. I have a Yanmar YM2000A Green with the grey market grill (external head lights). I can't figure out how to check my hydro fluid or change it. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, There is a handle on the Right side of the seat (not the high/low transmission handle) - I have no clue what it does. Anyone know. See Pics

Might try posting this on the Yanmar section. Hoye Tractor might have a reproduction owners manual. Good luck.
