You will have to crack the pressure lines that feed pump with tractor off allow fluid to weep by threw fitting then tighten nuts start tractor and crack loose return lines after air is out and starts forcing fluid out tighten nuts then move steering to left then right allowing valve body to eliminate all air should be fine note if you run pump dry depending on pump a vain pump has carbon fiber impellers which will heat and wear impeller where it will allow fluid to flow past it meaning instead of pushing the fluid it sweeps riding over so impellers aren't against valve body wall forcing fluid in one direction you may want to put an additive in pump directly to lubricate impeller.
