How much $$ to turn the B2320 into a lawn mower for summer ???

On Kubota build your own, $2100 for 54" MMM and $2575 for 60". You may get a dealer to do about 10% off those prices.
At those prices, I feel the Zero Turn Contingent is gearing up to suggest buying a, well... you know...... a zero turn.

I run a 60" LandPride RFM and like it a lot. Plenty RFM's out there on CraigsList.

Do you know which mower it was? Was it the 54" or the 60"?

I'm wondering if it would work on my B3200

Nobody should ever consider ever cutting something that's green with anything less than a ZTR, it's the only good way to cut grass, everything else sucks and should be avoided at all costs... Something like that you mean? I'd add my vote to the 3pt mower as well, it's easier to back under trees and down a ditch, a lot more availability for used and easier to sell after you buy a ZTR

Do you have a mid PTO or is that an extra to?

What kind of tires do you have? I have R4's on the BX and it does not hurt the turf.

The mmm on the B3200 is entirely different tnan on the bxx20's.
It would not work.

Yeah - I found that out after I put that post in - I was able to dig out the model #'s for the deck on the B3200 and saw that they were different.

I wonder how much different they are though - the price on that deck was pretty appealing.

The bxx20 mid mount mower is a supension mower. It hangs from the tractor and the cutting height is set by the knob on the deck of the tractor.
The mid mount mower on the B3200 runs along the ground on caster wheels. You adjust the cutting height by changing the casters up and down.
The 60" MMM for the 3200 is about $2400.
