How much for used Mid-mount mower (B7800)

I a looking to sell my mid mount mower and not sure what a fair price would be. I tried a search on ebay and nothing came up so I figured I would ask here to see what a fair price would be I think there around 2400 new. I purchased it new on my 7800 which only has 116 hours so the mower probably has less than 40 hours on it. Nothing is wrong with it I am looking to start buying rental properties in the city with small lots so I am looking to get a small (42") zero turn instead. The only flaw with the mower deck is the stone guard (That flapper door that covers the discharge) has a couple small bends from catching on trees. I know a lot of people take them off anyway. It is only cosmetic as the door still operates fine. The part number is a RCK60-27B

I have seen them advertised around here in the $1,000 to $1,200 range, both never used, and slightly used. Probably a good starting point. As for myself..... i'd probably pay 8-900 as long as it had all mounting hardware.

I have a good 2003 48'' MMM off a 2003 BX1500 I'm planing on asking $800 for which i don't think is bad as a new one is $1450 plus tax. The tractor has about 385 hours on it.
