How many SCV?

I am wanting to put a T-N-T on my JD4600, and be able to run a hydro chute and hydro deflector on my 3pt snowblower. How many SCV/ rear outlets do I need. All I know about hydraulics is that you turn red and oily when a hose breaks.:laughing:

You would need 4 lines out the back for that setup. Ken Sweet

No, 4 lines out the back means 4 female pioneer females QD receptacles mounted on the back of the tractor and 2 actuating levers up front for the operator. 2 lines for each cylinder. Ken Sweet

If it were me I would want 4 remotes. 4 remotes equal 8 quick disconnects. you need to be able to control 4 separate hydraulics, right?

Unless you want to disconnect the "TnT" to be able to use your snow blower, I would want 4. You need to build yourself a bank of 4 stacking valves and have at least 1 if not 2 of them with a float position.

1 set for your hydraulic top link.
1 set for your hydraulic side link.
1 set for your hydro chute.
1 set for your hydro deflector.
