Got a 754 with just over 300 hours on it, in 20 months. 1 1/2 season. Will be close to 500 by the end of the year. Now if it just had a toolbox box, I would be happy.
My GD loves it. Tilt the steering wheel forward and she can stand up and drive it, while I work the controls.
Free ranging kids, the only way to raise them. She not 2 yet and can steer around the barn and through a gate. Her mother at 5, was driven a tractor, by herself in the hay field, while we loaded the hay.

T254, bought used (and abused) 4 years ago, 2014 model. Currently 650 hours. Have replaced rear seals, battery, changing oil regularly, did the 500 hour service a couple years ago. Need to chase some electrical gremlins. (i.e. glow plug timer is up to 13 seconds from 9 even with warmer temps we have now. Fuel gauge only shows 1/4 when completely full.) My one complaint is the soft metal used to raise and lower the mower and keep it a certain level. Looking to have parts remade by local machine shop with a thicker or harder steel.

Got it with a couple hours on it. To get use to it, I started by doing some light loader work, and then moved to some mowing with the 6’ rotary cutter.

Added loaded rear tires and 3rd function kit down the front loader.
