Terry43,
Don't forget all the variations of present attachments that could be made such as:

No one makes a rear blade with full hydraulics for compact tractors (yet).
No one makes a reversible plow for compact tractors (yet).
While European implement manufacturers may build these implements, they are probably not imported (yet). With the popularity of the SCUTs and CUTs, only time will tell if production of these is just around the corner.
See what we mean, the list is virtually endless.

One example of these variations would be a backhoe. The standard item at the end of the arm is a bucket. You can also get a stationary "thumb" to go on the arm or a hydraulic one. The bucket can be taken off and replaced with a variety of other things, including, but not limited to, a single large ripper shank, a pry claw, a grapple jaw, a giant cutting shear, a blunt "foot" for smashing concrete slabs, and a packing wheel for recompressing the soil after a trench is refilled.

Even people who use only a bucket may have several buckets of differing sizes and different types and shapes of teeth that can be changed for differing soil types.

Another very exotic variation was a pic. someone posted about 6 mos. ago. It was a flail mower on a long boom arm. It could be lifted and used to trim the sides of hedges and would go 12 or so feet high and reach over to give a "haircut" to the top of the hedge.

Mith,
Well, I'll be switched. But, I'll bet it won't show up here in the colonies for a good while. Most of the manufacturers have given up on small farm stuff in favor of the mega machines and their implements. I guess Europe still has many small farms.
